We're a free, independent guide to getting older well in Florida's Nature Coast, Citrus, Hernando, and Pasco counties. Our job is to give you plain answers and real local help, without the sales pitch.
Why this site exists
Finding help for an aging parent, or for yourself, means wading through government sites, sales pitches, and confusing rules, often at a stressful time. We pull the useful parts together in one place, in plain English: what your options are, what things actually cost, which programs can help, and who to call locally. We focus only on the three Nature Coast counties, so the help is close to home.
Who's behind it
Nature Coast Senior Home is published by Agentic Digital LLC and put together by James Mills, a Florida resident and retired professional. Over his career, James held professional designations in financial planning, life insurance, and estate planning, and was a licensed Florida life insurance agent, mortgage broker, and real estate broker. Those licenses and designations are all retired now, we don't sell insurance, loans, or real estate, and nothing here is professional advice. That background is simply why these money-and-home topics are close to his heart.
How we write these guides
Every guide is researched from official, primary sources, Medicare, Social Security, Florida state agencies, and county governments, and we cite those sources right on the page so you can check them. The guides are drafted with the help of AI and then reviewed by James Mills for accuracy and plain language. You'll see that noted as "Reviewed by AI and James Mills."
